Since Sleeprider has been the one giving you advise I am not going to start giving my own...and he is much better than I am. What I will say is everyone here volunteers their time to help others. It's the weekend, people have families, lives and problems of their own. Maybe try to have a little patience.

I am very patient. i believe i said when u get time let me know if you think i am good. . i have to be careful giving an opinion i guess, all i said was the forum sure has changed in two years. i remember a couple guys that i liked a whole lot, i forgot their name, been hoping theyd drop in. I am very ill. sleep apnea is the least of my health problems. theyre trying to figure it out. i fall alot. nauseous alot. I take some hard falls because i have vertigo. low white blood cell count. High Sed rate. so i guess i am a little anxious to hear my oscar looks awesome. but if it isnt of course i wanna know.  heres todays graphs. ty all,Doug

Doug,
I believe that Sleeprider commented on your data on 7/18.  You're probably not getting responses because your charts don't look bad at all.

There isn't really much to add, except that you do have fragmented sleep.  I can guess that is due to anxiety from worrying over your health problems, which is understandable!

Focus on following up with your family doctor, not a sleep doctor and get some answers
concerning your lab tests.  We aren't doctors here.  It's up to you to be a squeaky wheel and get a diagnosis and follow up care.

Again, your charts don't look bad at all.

Thank you opalrose.  Now I remember you are one of the nice ones here.  I also have a urinary problem.  That’s why I am up so much. So I am dealing with that Dr too. Then I am getting a referral to an actual sleep Dr since I haven’t  seen one in 20 years. I don’t know what my dr plans on doing about my white blood cell count and high Sed rate.  She’ll call me this week I think. When you said fragmented sleep are you talking about my bathroom breaks? Or my breathing pattern? I am overwhelmed with my health issues. Anyways thank you again.   I’ll let you know if anything significant happens.  Doug

Thanks for clarifying that these are bathroom breaks.

Your breathing pattern isn't abnormal as long as it isn't the entire night.
I don't know of too many folk that have completely normal breathing patterns every night.

I am in Canada this week with wife and granddaughter. Consider this a vacation break from posting and I’ll catch up when I get back. Not trying to ignore this thread, but I’m just not able to put much time or thought towards it.

It will be interesting to hear your doctors feedback. I don’t see much more to do with CPAP settings, but if he moves to bilevel there are some possibilities.
