New CPAP user Question
Hi

New User, 2 nights so far it appears sudden changes in pressure are waking me up at night. I have attached oscar results.   Wondering if i should change the pressure settings to fixed or tighten up the pressure range.  Any advice would be appreciated.

thanks

RE: New CPAP user Question
On the resmed machine the pressure increases when you have flow limits.  FL are apnea like O and H events but not as long in duration. We help lower the number using EPR.  So I would suggest the following changes.

Min 7
Max 10
EPR full time set to 3

I think these settings will help you sleep much better.
Apnea (80-100%) 10 seconds, Hypopnea (50-80%) 10 seconds, Flow Limits (0-50%) not timed  Cervical Collar - Dealing w DME - Chart Organizing
