Dreamstation II -> AirSense 11 AutoSet

I am also a longtime Philips user (I’ve had 4 Philips machines, including a DS Go and a DS2) who just switched to a Resmed AirSense 11 autoset last week. I actually felt there was less to adjust with the new machine compared to my DS2. Only thing I’ve had to tweak was the humidity and I turned off the ramp. My AHI usually ran in the 3-5 range with the DS2, so far with the 11 I’ve been running between 0.5 and 1.3 and I swear I feel better in the morning. And it is so quiet!
