The collar helped bring down your numbers, but I see no matter what you set the maximum pressure at, the machine will respond to FL and snores and raise the pressure to that limit.
You also need to get the leaks under control.

Raise your EPR to 3, let's see how much that helps your Flow Limits.
A BiLevel such as the ResMed VAuto may be in your future to allow you to better manage your flow limits.

Hi guys!
I have been using my CPAP already for 10 months now setting it up on my own, followed your advice, and used a neck collar as well. I'm just posting my chart to ask if my settings are already doing good or if there is anything that I need to adjust. I have no concerns at the moment. I'm just making sure that my settings are alright. Let me know if I needed to post more stats. Thanks a lot for your help. |
