[Equipment] Adjust time on Airsense 11

Adjust time on Airsense 11
Is there any way to adjust time on the Airsense 11? When I look at the charts in oscar it's always off by 1 hour. In the attached chart, it looks like I went to bed a little before 2100 and woke up at 0400, but I really went to bed just before 2200 and woke up at 0500. I only see a way to change the time zone in the clinical menu, but when I try to change it, I get an error message that says "The time zone cannot be changed while there is saved therapy data." I'm on the east coast and it's set to GMT -5, but I think it's supposed to be GMT -4. It's not that big a deal, but it makes looking at the charts a little confusing. Any help is appreciated.

RE: Adjust time on Airsense 11
You will need to reformat the SD card for a time change to take place.  That is a major downside to the AS11.  I would advise against any changes at this time.  DST will be ending soon, November 5th, that's only a little over 2-months (78 days from the date of this post).  While it is annoying, the important number is the total time of use and not when it was used.   I do recommend that you create a dedicated directory on your computer and backup the SD card to it.  This approach has several positive aspects, listed below.
  •  SD cards can go bad at the drop of a hat.  The archiving of your data will protect it, in case it does.
  •  Access to your data is not dependent on the SD card being in the computer.
  •  You can point OSCAR to this directory to import your data and don't have to rely on the SD card's presence.
  •  You can backup to this directory and then put the card back in the CPAP, immediately.  This prevents the "Oops! I forgot to put it back in" scenario.
  •  It also allows you to reformat the card to allow adjusting the timezone without any data loss. . . Just be sure to backup the card's data before reformatting it.

Thanks for the info. I will leave the SD card alone for now then like you suggested.
