Howdy all, last night was the first time I used my AirSense 11. I think I woke up about 2 times during but I’m unsure why. I was able to go back to sleep no problem though.
What do you see based off of the chart? Any changes I should make to the pressure? Currently it is set to 5-18.
EPR Full time level 1
Standard response
Auto therapy
I think the big spikes at the very end are when I was just about to get off of bed, I was moving my mask around to see how it leaked.
The 95% Flow Limitation is a littler higher than we like to see. Usually like to get that below 5. We recommend using EPR to bring that number down. Higher FL triggers the pressure to rise even if there are no apneas, which in turn can cause sleep disruptions.
I recommend the following changes:
Minimum pressure set at 8cm.
Maximum pressure set at 12cm.
EPR set at 2 (full time).
Try for a night or two and repost.
Noted your comment about adjusting your mask and causing the spikes at the end of the night. There are spikes on the graph throughout the night, so you may be unconsciously adjusting your mask, or it may be moving when you turn in your sleep.
It's not anything major and isn't causing a high leak rate, but you may want to read the Mask Primer to get a better fit.

Thank you so much! I’ll implement your suggested changes immediately. If 5% is what I’m aiming for then a flow limitation of 95% is definitely something I need to bring down. I’ll read the mask primer as well. I appreciate the help.
