I sent the following email to F&P support and haven't received a reply. Any information that anyone has on the topic at hand would be appreciated.

The below-listed programs are installed with the F&P Infosmart software, all with outgoing internet access. Please let me know what information these programs are sending over the internet and please let me know how (or if) they will function if their access is blocked. Also—please note that the postgres db software is throwing a tremendous number of time-out warnings.

I don,t use the Icon but just wanted to let you know that SleepyHead software which you can download from here
if not mistaken support the Icon might be worth checking
