Fisher&Paykel Sleepstyle 600

Hello,
I'm a newbie.
I downloaded a copy of the "Healthcare Provider Manual" F or the Fisher&Paykel Sleepstyle 600 It enters the clinicians setup mode but no changes can be made. It's not the buttons. Altitude pressure etc.
Can anyone advise? Thanks
