When you access the settings, it is the sixth option (1st one is the pressure, 2nd the ramp time, 3rd the starting ramp pressure, 4th the hour meter value, 5th the compliance meter and the 6th is the pressure sensor.) Pages 12-14 of the manual. It doesn't actually say off and on. I set the number all the way up and now it doesn’t auto shut off. Hope this helps!

Thanks so much for your reply! I followed the directions on pages 12-14. The sixth option (pressure sensor) was set at 160. I used the button to increase it all the way to maximum (255) , but it went right back to 160. Is there a step I have missed? A button to push to save the new setting?
Thanks again!
Linda

Hi,
I just pushed the information access button until it exited. Mine saved without doing anything else. I am sorry. I hope you can get it to save. That can be so frustrating! Maybe unplug the machine for 15 seconds, then plug it back it and try again?

Hubby says he was able to save the higher 255 pressure sensor setting, but the pressure still drops and it gives the ln 1 error code. I guess the machine is kaput, although it would work for someone who just needs a 4 setting.
Just curious if you use a regular hose or a special one ( the respiratory tech who checked the pressure for me told me I needed a special pressurized hose, whereas I always used a regular hose with it.) thank you again for your help!

Hi, Sorry for the delay, I was out of town and sadly my PB420G completely "bit the dust". I actually took in in to a CPAP place and they said the blower motor is gone.
I just used/use a regular hose. Sorry you are having difficulties.

I set mine to 255 and it cut off quicker, so I set it to 0, now works like a charm. To save it, I pressed the hidden button, once I changed the setting, then pressed the information access button until it excit the menu. That was the only way mine kept the change.

RE: Puritan bennet Goodknight 420S error In1 help
That worked on my 420S, but had to set it from 150 to 1 for it to take the settings. I also had to use the secret "OO" button twice then the Info Access to save the settings. Mahalo!  Thanks
