New to OSCAR
Im new to OSCAR and just recently switched from a Dreamstation II to a ResMed AirSense 11. Noticing some differences is how the pressure feels, seems I am getting less than the Dreamstation II. Have been using CPAP's for almost 20 years, originally diagnosed with severe sleep apnea.

I believe the AirSense is set up with default pressure settings and i would like to dial it in to be more efficient. Any suggestions

Your AHI is pretty good although, I would suggest a minimum of 9cm to start and a maximum of 16cm.  Your pressure is averaging almost 10cm now so 9cm should be a good starting point.  I would think that after all your CPAP use that you could turn off the ramp.  When it is on you receive almost no benefit from the 4cm of pressure. Try the new settings then post a few more OSCAR charts.

Welcome to the forum and good luck with your treatment.

It appears that you are going in the right direction, you may still need some pressure increases to perhaps 10cm.  Also, try to lower your leaks, they are not terrible, but if you will notice almost all of your leak spikes mirror arousals.  Glad to hear that you are feeling better. Good luck with your treatment.  Give it a few more days then post some more charts.
