Anxious to hear your updates.
I just started using the F30i yesterday
Standard mask/headgear with medium cushion...
and it is a leak monster.
So much so that unless the leaks can be resolved soon, something else will have to be tried.
I said that to say this:
I have 5 new medium cushions and, if allowed by the forum, I'll give them to you.
I will try to get this darn thing adjusted first, though.
Looking forward to hear more from our 'mad scientist'!
Good luck.

PappaJoe - Hope you found a solution. To be clear, I'm refreshing a mask I already used, they don't leak when new. You probably know this, but just in case, if you're finding that yours do leak that's a whole 'nother issue (size/tightness/fit) that the folks on this forum can help with. You probably could use the tricks I mentioned to get silicone to shrink in the oven but if you have a leak out of the package you're better off to try another mask size or type if that's an option. Best of luck getting a solution.

Update on my experiment - Instant Pot -> Manual -> 10 minutes -> 20 minute release with pot half full and about 1-2 tablespoons of baking soda worked very well for my F30i cushions. Didn't post an update because I wanted to see how long a mask treated in that way lasted. I'm sure there's an upper limit, so far I took my oldest mask (that I used for maybe 2 months way, too tight at the end, and then had sitting on a shelf for the last six months) and it worked for another 30 days, pressure cooked it again and it's working again. No sign of degradation of plastic or silicone. Did the same thing with my roommates old (small as compared to my medium) F30is with same result. No idea if this will work as well with other masks lines, but likely worth testing for those of us who don't have good insurance. Only thing you'd be out is the time needed to clean your steel instant pot if they use some inferior plastic that melts at < ~250F. As usual, just like all our faces, and therefore seals vary, your results may vary.
