[Equipment] Sore Nose? New Mask!!!

Sore Nose? New Mask!!!
I just started using a new model mask from Philips. It is the "Amara View". It's only been out for a couple of months.

The mask is a full face mask The difference is it does not rest on your nose. It covers your mouth and has what I would call a nose pillow that rests under your nose.

It has an EXCELLENT seal that seems to preposition itself if it moves.

Philips did good on this.

Congrats on finding a mask that works for you and is comfortable! That seems to be the hardest part of all this!

Welcome

Tongue Suck Technique for prevention of mouth breathing:
  • Place your tongue behind your front teeth on the roof of your mouth
  • let your tongue fill the space between the upper molars
  • gently suck to form a light vacuum

Practising during the day can help you to keep it at night
