Wireless transfer not enabled (grey), Resmed 10 autoset
Wireless transfer not enabled (grey), Resmed 10 autoset, I would like to use the MyAir application, can anyone give me information and help me?? My country is italy .A thousand thanks

On the bottom will be an FCC or the EU version of the certification for your CPAP's modem. If it has a 3G, then you might be out of luck. The modems are set to only operate in the area of the World that the CPAP was designed to be marketed to. If you bought your AS10 from a U.S. supplier, chances are it will not connect in Italy.

ResMed also released numerous AS10's that did not have a cellular modem installed. They are called "Card-to-Cloud" (C2C) which is misleading. They will not work with MyAir.
You would need to check the exact model that you have.
