Excellent. I’ll modify my original suggestion of settings as follows…

Mode VPAPauto
EPAPmin 5
IPAPmax 10
PS 3
No ramp
Trigger high

I think that is something you should be pleased with regarding sleep quality. Give it a go and let’s see how you respond to it.

Well done!

Your Flow limits at the 99.5%, too die for:  0.03.   like

Your leak rate is very respectable. 99.5% is 2.40 l/min.   Amazing

How do you feel after waking?

Are the pressure and pressure changes comfortable?

Why are you going to bed so late?  Work, Family, Trying to keep up with the college kids? We encourage people to practice good sleep hygiene. I have worked shift work, had family issues and yes sometimes tried to keep up with the college kids. Two out of the three are not bad.

Post back with OSCAR reports, let us know how it feels. We will need to have some zoomed screenshots in order to detect UARS, are you comfortable zooming? Do you know what UARS will look like?

RE: I might have UARS..what now?
I've been using the new suggested settings for a few days now. I've been waking up feeling better, more energy, fewer headaches. I will be meeting with the hematologist this afternoon and i would like to provide her with enough data to justify prescription for CPAP, or at least convince her that we need to look further into UARS causing my elevated hemoglobin and hematocrit. Can anyone help guide me in the use of OSCAR to do this? There's a lot of data to sift through and i don't know what most of it means. TYIA!!!

Actually, if you could help guide me in both zooming and telling me what UARS would look like, I would truly appreciate it!

Justlilme, CPAPfriend has posted several very helpful YT videos. Try viewing these to gain familiarization.

You may have to watch them a couple of times to gain the maximum benefit, I had to review quite often. I will post some Wiki articles after I refamiliarize with the Wiki changes.

Is this the info you need to detect UARS? I picked a random spot that had a couple events close together and zoomed in. Did I zoom in close enough?
