You might try changing repositories. I'm familiar with using Linux, but not using it on the Chromebook. It appears that some idiosyncrasies exist in your Debian version. I'm sure a Chromebook user will come along, and be able to offer some help.

It is more a problem of your system locating those files from the software repository you are using. You might try adding a U.S. Debian 11 repository. An arbitrary Google search using, "libqt5printsupport5 in debian 11" yielded several good results.

Installation succeeded! I consulted AI and we came to the conclusion that despite everything, this package needs to be downloaded: Debian 11: oscar_1.5.1-Debian11_arm64.deb

So I did and it worked.
