Events per hour

Events per hour
My wife is new to a CPAP and has worn it faithfully for more than a month.  She consitently gets scores on events per hour of .2 to .4.  I this a good score?  Is it possible she was miss diagnosed?  She does hate it and the ability for her to not use it would thrill her to no end.

Her AHI numbers are excellent and are proof that the therapy is working. Good news is not news that she no longer needs CPAP treatment, but that it is working. I was diagnosed with severe SA (AHI = 47) several years ago and I typically have AHI numbers less than .5.   I have not missed a night since I started APAP therapy and have no intention of stopping to see what happens.

Those are superb results right out of the gate.  What did her sleep study say - her AHI?

As sptrout said, what that means is the therapy is working, not that she doesn’t need it. CPAP does not cure sleep apnoea, it only treats it and keeps us from walking around like zombies.

If you can post some OSCAR charts we can likely help make things much more comfortable for her.
