What did your tests reveal as to how much pressure change for the CPAP sense a change in flow direction?

I'm not sure if I understand your question or not. VCOM reduces inspiratory flow and pressure. Expiratory flow is measured by flow out of the mask vent, not back into the machine.
Breathe through your nose
Reduce sugar and processed food
Soft collar and seal your mouth
