I'm relatively new to all this as well.
The comment and screenshots were done in a rush during my short lunch break at work, so I wasn't sure if I'd given enough information to get you pointed in the right direction.
Personally I find it easier to pop the SD card out of the machine and in to a card reader that I then plug in to my laptop, the whole process can be done in about 90 seconds if I take the laptop to the bedroom to do it.
The Dreamstation also has a remote access modem, the clinic I have it on loan from downloads the data without the need for me to take either the card or the machine to them, they then compile a report which gets emailed to my respiratory specialist.
I showed them the Sleepyhead program that I've been using to download it myself, they said it seemed even more comprehensive than the program they use.
If you run in to problems getting the Sleepyhead screens to scroll down post up again, or if you still can't get it to work ask here too.
There are how to links elsewhere in the Forum, and I was also pointed to a helpful page from a Facebook apnea group as well.
