Finetuning Help
I've been playing with my APAP settings in the past couple of weeks and have settled on min 8 and max 20 pressure. Wondering if there's anything else I can do to bring my AHI down. Any thoughts?

RE: Finetuning Help
Try setting the EPR to 1 instead of 3. This should help eliminate some of the CA's.

You can always add EPR back in if needed, but set at 2.

Hi OpalRose, thanks for your suggestion. I tried EPR 1 for a day and it didn't feel great, then I switched to EPR 2 for the whole week and it was much better. I've uploaded the past two days results. Let's see if we can make any other fine adjustments Smile

There's a few occasional higher rate leaks that may be robbing some rest by way of disruption. Make sure the mask isn't very tight, in an attempt to control leaking.
