First Night - Not Sure How to Interpret

For me, the Releaf pushes too hard agains the middle and back of my jawbone, causing my upper and lower teeth to jam together uncomfortably. With the Dr. D., I could tinker with the fit until the collar supported just the last inch or two of my chin, with just enough slack to let me keep my teeth apart.  I was using it to control mouth leaks, but I think it would do an equally good job of helping someone avoid chin tucking.

All of these aspects of apnea therapy are quite idiosyncratic; what works for me may not work for thee. So keep experimenting with collars, masks, padding, pillows, leak control, and the like. Meanwhile, I am sure you are going to see good results by experimenting with your pressures under the guidance of the resident experts.

Thanks. Releaf last night wasn't great but I got a size too small. I'm going to try a size larger and then the Dr Dakota. I think I'm going to need to take advantage of some generous return policies over the next few weeks! Appreciate the great tips.

RE: First Night - Not Sure How to Interpret
9 nights in and I'm wondering if one of the resident experts can let me know if I need to tweak my settings more. Still struggling to fall asleep which I think might be throwing my AHI number off quite a lot. I've provided screenshots for a good night where I went to bed exhausted from not sleeping much the night before (woke up feeling great; only one I've had) and an "average" night which more or less resembles the rest of the nights I'm having. First screenshot is good/second is average. FYI - wearing a Releaf collar through the entire night now on a thinner but supportive pillow- obstructive apnea seems much better. Going to try a new mask (P10) when it arrives later this week. Thanks!
