First Night Recording Data

First Night Recording Data
Here is the first night of recorded data on my wife's new machine. Thinking of upping the min pressure to 8 or 9 and max pressure to 13 or 14? She is having an issue with her nose pillows but I'm sure we'll figure that out. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

RE: First Night Recording Data
If it were me I would set the pressure at 9cm minimum and max at 14cm also set the EPR to 3 as her flow limits are a bit on the high side.  Try the 9cm for a couple of nights, if She is still having apneas then start upping the minimum pressure towards 10cm.  Her leaks also need to be worked on, leaks can cause arousals.  Setting her EPR to 3 may cause a few more Central Apneas (CA's) they should go away in time.  Post some more OSCAR charts in a few days.

Good luck & welcome to the forum.
