Any help analyzing would be greatly appreciated!
Note that the F12 didn't work for me, so I used Snipit.

First Upload of OSCAR Data - Help Decipher?
Below is the first upload of my OSCAR data. I am certainly doing way better on AHI vs. my sleep study (it was 77) and I know there is an adjustment period, which I am only a week into. As suggested, I changed my min pressure last night. My previous 90% was in the 11 range.
Any help analyzing would be greatly appreciated! Note that the F12 didn't work for me, so I used Snipit.

Welcome to the forum.
A small correction to your screen print. You have zoomed in to a view of the tail portion of an exhale that is about .5 seconds long. Please show the full night. (rt click on a graph title the zoom to 100% view) Thanks You can try a Flex of 2 and see if that helps your hypopneas.

RE: First Upload of OSCAR Data - Help Decipher?
First, your numbers are pretty good, I think they can be better.
Not included in your AHI I see a lot of Snores, Flow Limitations, and RERAs. RERAs are defined as a series of Flow Limitations followed by an arousal. Arousals are bad because they disrupt sleep. What are Flow Limitations? Event Definition Apnea, Hypopnea, Flow Limitation
Treatment: Obstructive Apnea is treated by raising pressure, specifically exhale pressure. (Note that with basic CPAP Pressure = Inhale Pressure = Exhale Pressure). I would like you to bump your min pressure to 8. I would also like you to increase your Flex to 2, This should help your Hypopneas, Snores, Flow Limitations, and RERAs. I suspect that you will require more pressure but let's see what this does first.
