First night CPAP + OSCAR data

First night CPAP + OSCAR data
Hello,

Philips Dreamstation + Airfit P10 + mouth tape. I've had this machine for years but never used it until now. I've tried different settings and this felt "best" for my breathing.

I had less headache and fatigue during the day and that's a start  Smile

Forgot to mention I'd really like some help reading charts and improve settings/outcome.

RE: First night CPAP + OSCAR data
After some adjustments I've reduced my AHI from 18 to 4.25. Should I keep these settings and sleep for 1-2 weeks and see if anything changes?

I would raise pressure support max to 6 and try it for a few days.
