Hi cramseur,

You're still having clusters of events which point to positional apnea. Have you had a chance to try out the collar?

No, I haven't tried the collar, yet.  My wife thought I was crazy to be "listening to some strangers on the internet", rather than the sleep doctor.
But the doctor says things look great....sigh.   Sad

Drs. Don’t even think about anything except AHI. We all have lived it (I have been on it for 30 years). You show positional apnea. What could it hurt to get a 20 dollar collar and see that it works or not?

You need to get the correct size. You measure the height you need by measuring the distance between your chin and sternum.

Here are the last 3 nights (I have been using the neck collar for 2 weeks or so).

Should I move the starting pressure up to 9?

I forgot to say THANK YOU!  to all who responded earlier and gave advice.
Also to those who posted in all the other threads.
It has all been a great help to me in getting under better control!

thank you so much!

Craig

The top and bottom charts look good, the middle one had some positional apnea again. Probably your collar was to loose and your chin slipped down. Good job!! If you are feeling ok, I would keep up with these settings.

Let us know if there is anything we can help with.
