Here is the deal. We need you to post some close-up data of the flow rate chart when pressure starts increasing, or we won't be able to see why the machine is increasing pressure. Whatever is causing it, is not an apnea event, but it may be flow limitation or snores or perhaps something else. You have not included those critical parameters in the graphs.
The correct solution is unlikely to be an increase in maximum pressure. We know that you are using a minimum pressure of 8 and EPR at 3. For some reason, the machine is rapidly increasing pressure at various times. If this is related to sleep disruption due to flow limitation, that might be a clue. If you are having respiratory flow volume reductions, and the machine is increasing pressure, that is more related to RERA. So it would help if you included flow limitation in the charts, and perhaps minute vent or tidal volume. Your leak rates are inconsequential. You can resize the graphs to fit different or more information on the screenshots. What we are currently seeing does not offer a clue.
