Level of minimal Pressure /EPR ?
Hello everbody,

after a break, I slept with the Resmed APAP again for a few nights. The last night was relatively good, I was able to tolerate the device for 5 hours.

In my last post I already got the feedback that my minimum pressure should be a little higher. Can you take another look at the current screenshots and tell me how high you would set it?

Thank you for your feedback.

RE: Level of minimal Pressure /EPR ?
The area between 02:00 - 03:00 time, this has clustered Apnea, higher flow limits as well as increasing leaks. This will very likely be a Positional Apnea issue. A few things to try to address, your pillow is single or thin, or thick, like a stack of pillows? Go thinner if possible. Thick pillows may cause your chin to tuck into your chest, kinking the airway externally. CPAP at Max will not open the airway or keep it open if this happens.

You may use the corner of the pillow or other soft material to block the chin tuck. If that fails, a soft cervical collar correctly sized will block the chin tuck.

Thank you for your advice, that was really helpful and makes sense to me.

I have ordered a soft cervical collar which will arrive in the next few days. In the meantime, I have started sleeping without a pillow.

This already seems to be having some effect, the AHI has dropped. Here are my recordings from last night. I'm curious how things will continue.
