Flow rate chart full of these events - help please

I've been on a bipap for about five years and have always had a low AHI but never wake up feeling refreshed. I've been trying all sorts of combinations of pressures, adjusting trigger sensitivity ect. to no avail. I've noticed that most of my flow limitation look like the attached Oscar screen shot and that often I hold my breath after inspiration (the later half of the flow rate chart happens a lot). Any help you can be will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I suggest you raise your PS to 5.4. This should lower your flow limits. You can go as high as 6 if needed.

It would also be a good idea to raise your Ipap to 17, as you are hitting the 15 you have set.

Also, raising trigger to very high would drop more of your CAs.

I don't know if any of this will help you feel better, but making the changes can't hurt.

The second half of my question above has to do with a large number of events where the exhalation fails to start and/or once started is jagged. See the Oscar screen shot below. These don't register as apneas or hypopneas but occur rather often. How do I address these events on a Bipap given the inspiratory flow limitations noted above?
