Front Teeth is hurting in morning.
Hi,
I am using the CPAP machine from last 6 month.
Initially I was using low pressure (5.2) and now using 10.2 min pressure and 15 max pressure.
After increasing pressure, my Problem is air is flowing out from mouth.
I am using Adhesive tape on mouth to stop it. But some time this tape come out in night and my teeth hurt when I wake up in the morning. Also my sleep is not good on that night.
Any solution for this ? Should I use full face mask ?
Also tape cost is increasing my bill. I have also tried Chin Starps. but it's not working in my case.

Try this tape, Cover-Roll stretch.
This has been the best for me. Stays on all night and easy to take off in the AM. Dog ear the corner for easy removal in case you need to rip it off in an emergency situation.
Amazon sells it.

If you are using nasal therapy and cannot overcome the problem of air coming from your mouth, then a full-face solution is probably what you will need. The full face interfaces with nasal pillows and a cup that contains the mouth is probably better than one that covers the bridge of your nose. Full face masks can be a challenge because of their size and tendency to move with pressure changes, but clearly many people need and use them.

There should be a thread of tape recommendations. I use 2" 3M micropore. If I don't shave, about every other day, the tape doesn't stay adhered. Also, protect your lips. Use some vaseline or chapstick.
