Unknown event not caught by Resmed

Unknown event not caught by Resmed
I have been using Resmed 10 Airsense for around 20 months, an improvement is there, and my events recorded by the machine per hour has been below 1.
However, i have been  waking up grasping for air occasionally, but the system did not flag this unknown event as apnea , and this situation has become more frequent over the past months,
I attached below a sample of my normal breathing , and another sample for such a strange event. ( I had doubts about potential gastric reflux or so but I am not sure)
Please I need an advice.

That anomaly only lasted for 4 seconds. To qualify as an Event, it has to be 10 seconds or longer. It appears more like you choked rather than a normal breathing disruption.

RE: Unknown event not caught by Resmed
Yes, I felt choking , but I do not why does this happen to me only when I'm on CPAP.
If I sleep without it I may snore and experience non-arousal apneas , but still overall I would sleep better than when I have this choking event.

Being confused, I gave up sleeping on CPAP for now.

What would your OSCAR daily chart show that isn't zoomed? Feeling better without CPAP indicates it's not set up will enough.

nabilx,

Please post a graph in its entirety of the night in question along with your zoomed in portion.

I have to agree with Dave that your settings are not optimal for you.

RE: Unknown event not caught by Resmed
Thank you , attached are two screenshots for the graphs for another night when I had the same issue.
The sudden grasping of air remains a secret for me.
the fact that i suffer more with the machine confuses me as i keep waking up because of it while the machine is celebrating an AHI around 1.
My BMI is 27.8 , 43 y old male.

Thanks again

This looks like a zoomed in chart as well. It'll be helpful to see the summary info from the top of the left panel too. The total duration of usage isn't shown, and AHI etc.

I will suggest adding EPR full time at level 3. A corresponding boost to both pressures needs done also. Go to 10/16.
