That chart tells us that EPAP min is set too low at 6.0 and you need more pressure support to help with flow limits and hypopnea. I think you will end up at EPAP min 9.0 and PS 4.6. If you want to approach those settings slowly rather than all at once, that is fine, but your median EPAP pressure is already over 10.0, so I don't think a smaller change will help. Your leak rate looks great as well as most respiratory statistics.

The higher minimum EPAP will start you off closer to the pressure you need, and minimize the fluctuations in pressure you are experiencing. Higher PS will support each breath a bit more which will lower the flow limitations. This will also reduce the flow variation as the Vauto increases pressure for flow limitation pretty aggressively. Having a lower flow limitation will ultimately result in lower pressures.
