GUI Lib Invalid ERROR at Boot-up

So after a power surge my Dreamstaion is displaying 

GUI Lib Invalid
Req:47
Loaded:47
CRC: FAIL

I have been able to get past this before with a few power cycles, but its not working this time. 

I am certain this is corrupted firmware, the question then becomes is there any procedure to reload firmware with an unbootable unit. 

I Attempted this putting the 1.1.1 file on the SD card and starting it up, not dice. I tried the same card on my second unit that does work and as soon as I
inserted the card with the unit already powered on it read the file and asked if I wanted to upgrade. So I know the card and the file are fine, just only seems to work if you already have a bootable unit. 

The Unit is out of Warranty and I am not going to pay the money to have a service center do it, I'm sure would be way over priced. 

In the meantime I have ordered a new Mainboard and if push comes to shove I'll just have to swap out the board, but would be great if there was some way to reload the Firmware as I think that's all that wrong with it.

Are you aware most of the Phillips Respironics machines have been recalled? There is a new Dreamstation 2 on the market now.

In fact I am, and I have 3 Dreamstations and Phillips is taking too long to deal with the issue, so I have already replaced the "foam of death" chamber with a replacement model for 30 bucks in each that has no foam. If they give me a new machine great but I am on a low budget and need things to work today not a year from now, so I am just trying to make what I have work without dealing with Phillips, Insurance and Doctors. Please do not take my comments as hostile, they are not meant that way, just frustrating how difficult the industry makes things.
