On a side note; I would recommend that you reduce your EPR due to excessive CAs.

But why reduce EPR? Trying to understand here, doesn't a higher EPR make it easier to exhale?

Without data, this is a guess.
What we do know is that our bodies respiration cycle primary driver is to get rid of by products such as CO2. Simply put This causes us to breathe.
Increasing differential pressure between inhale and exhale, via EPR in your case, results in an increase the removal of these byproducts, to the point where your CO2 levels drop to below what I call your apneic threshold which results in no drive to breathe and the occurrence of a central apnea event. Since you are still producing CO2 levels build up to over your apneic threshold and breathing resumes.
Note that over months this setpoint will adjust.
Search respiratory cycle for all the details but the above is the simple explanation.
Please start your own thread and post your OSCAR charts and we can express specific details on your therapy

Howdy matt2 !
For specific therapy advice, please post a new thread in the Main Forum, with a title something like "matt2's Therapy Thread". It's always best to keep all of your therapy-related questions in one thread - that way it's easy for folks to see your history and advise accordingly.
For software questions, you can post those questions here in the Software Support Forum of course.

Thanks! I have received the file. The AS11 is new enough that certain model numbers may have options or parameters OSCAR hasn't seen. This is especially true for models designated for different market areas of the world. For this reason, OSCAR maintains a reviewed model number list for comparison.
