The Vauto has more tricks up its sleeve than you're using. I wish I could get a full look at your settings, but they are cutoff. First thing I would do is set the trigger sensitivity to high to knock down the CA events. Pressure range looks good.

Here are the settings. Should I get the same device? Thanks!

Yes the device is right, and the alternative would be CPAP, which I don't think would come close. I see trigger is already high, and most of your CA events have an arousal before them. Flow limits are under control. Events are not a problem, and they don't seem to come from inadequate pressure. You might want to read the positional apnea wiki as I suspect the occasional spikes of flow limitation and some events come from a poor cervical alignment, but may also be normal. Getting the leaks down would be a big deal, and there is no harm in trying something different like the F40. You can always go back. I agree with your idea to use some of the exercises to see if you can better control pressure before going that route.

Thanks again for your very helpful info! I'll get the doctor to order the same device, get the leaks under control, and update you when all that is done.
