7 Months In - Still feel pretty horrible.
Hi everyone. I'm about 7 months in and I really don't feel much better at all. My average AHI is around 1-2 (sleep study around 14). Symptoms include extreme brain fog, anxiety, exhaustion, reading comprehension has been shot down to 0. Some days I wake up and I feel like I got hit in the head with a brick. Other days I wake up and I feel a little better. I can't seem to find any consistency or reasoning as to why I don't feel better most of the time. I've tried 6 different masks now, and I always circle back to the F20 as its most comfortable for me. I use mouth tape also because my lower jaw hangs open no matter what I do. Here's some data, looking for suggestions on what I can try to make myself feel better. Thanks in advance. I've settled on a set pressure as it seems my current settings have brought my AHI down to the lowest I can get. Willing to mess with the settings though if anyone has any suggestions. It seems that 90% of my events are CA events. I don't know how to stop it. Some nights I have no events at all, the next night its filled with CA events and I didn't change any of the settings.
