HRV heart rate values, apnea, and Oscar

Not sure if I should post this here or in the software forum.  

The Apple Watch tracks HRV and the few things that I’ve read so far, associates apnea with troubled HRV values.     

These HRV values are associated with Cardiac and small blood vessel disease- strokes.   

How can we track  import[?] HRV values?
