You'll have to try OSCAR charts if at all possible. We're willing to help tune the ASV as long as there's charts to help guide it. I've used ASV a while ago, and it's not terribly difficult to get personalized settings. You've got Mode, EPAP, and PS pressures. I'll suggest no Ramp if possible. Comfort items like humidity and heated hose are equal to a CPAP.

Thanks a lot SarcasticDave94 for the replies. I think i only got 4 hrs last night but i didnt have the mask right. think i have it the right way now though.

I was diagnosed with sleep apnea several years ago, however, I have been unable to find a suitable head strap/mask combination that I will wear. I like the simple head strap that the N30 mask have, but my nostrils become raw after using an N30 mask for a night or two.  I have tried small, medium and large sizes.  The N20 mask is very comfortable on my face, but I cannot sleep with straps encasing my whole head.  

Does anyone make a N20 mask that has a simple N30 style strap for it?  I would guess there would be a gigantic market for such a product.
