Have you modified the P10 exhaust vents? Please share!

I'd really love to go back to the P10.  It's such a perfect mask... except it just doesn't exhaust enough air for me.  (We've hashed that out in other threads, so let's not let this be that thread.)

Shall I just use an ice pick to poke bigger holes in the exhaust?  

Should I use a razer to score some lines in the exhaust area?

What shall I do to get it to exhaust the amount of air I need in order to not rebreathe my exhaled air?

If you like the P10 but not the exhaust vent, try the P30i.

The P30i has the same nasal pillows but the vent is different (more like the N30 vent).

I hadn't tried that one because it has the Dreamwear features I don't like (headgear & tubing).  On the Dreamwear, the headgear wouldn't stay put, and the air tubes made too much noise going up/down the side of my face.  

For the cost of my insurance cost share, I could try that one. So I suppose I could try that next time my DME lets me know it's time for a new mask.

But I really love the P10 (minus the lack of diffusing), and would really love to get the P10 to work for me.
