Thanks Dave, I didn't used to use the ramp on my current machine for quite a while so i dont think it will be an issue at all. The second S9 is supposed to be the same but I can't use it. Same make, model, etc. When I use the exactly the same settings I still cant use the second machine. I was hoping something could be determined by the screen shots. Did you see the first post with attachments? The screen shot from last night which went for 6hrs and 9 minutes I slept straight through. I'll get rid of the ramp and try EPR on 1 and see how it goes tonight. Thank you for your help.

OK no prob. Lots of PAP and apnea therapy unfortunate is trial and error. It becomes a trial with lots of error. TRUST me I am very aware this statement is 100% true. We'll try combos of settings and see what works best. If for some reason we exhaust all options then it's probably time to evaluate our circumstance anew. Sometimes patients on a CPAP/APAP need to move up to BPAP if we strike out otherwise. But seriously don't worry too much, we normally don't exhaust all trial and error before we hit on something good.

Wayne, you are using straight pressure without EPR. Maybe that would help. A lower exhale pressure (1, 2, or 3 cm) is often much better for comfort, and I notice you have flow limitations in your charts. I'm certain EPR would make your therapy more comfortable and probably more effective.
