Hold home and Dial 5 or so seconds and get to programming.
The default pressure settings for the Resmed Aircurve 10 ASV are mode ASVauto, EPAP min 5.0, EPAP max 15.0, PS min 3.0, PS max 15.0. I think the suggested EPAP min by Dave is based on your past use of the AutoSV. I think that is actually a pretty good idea, but I would set Max EPAP to 15.0 and max PS to 15.0 until we know something different or you have some input. The image below is a flow-chart for the recommended Resmed Aircurve 10 ASV Titration Protocol. Having coached many users in the transition from Philips to Resmed, I'm very confident this machine will exceed your expectations.

among many others that use these machines, I vacillate between vauto & asv so I'm familiar with both if you have specific questions. much depends on your particular brand of apnea.

Sleeprider has a good point and one I commonly miss or forget...ResMed titration. I've no skin in the settings, so I've no hard feelings BTW, yes OP set first with titration and let's see and experience the abilities of the ResMed ASV. Less pressures on this ASV but better therapy? Absolutely, because this ASV is just that many times better than your old AutoSV. No offenses, just reality, others here have proved it for us even on the ASV level. Respironics and the result is OK therapy treatment but probably at a sacrifice of comfort. Here with the 10 series ASV by ResMed, you get BOTH comfort and excellent therapy. If or when your OSCAR report states 0 events for 2 or more days in a row after optimizing the settngs, trust but verify OK, but yes this ASV can kill off the apena so much that you may not see any event flag but infrequent.

First off Merry Christmas! Last night was my first night with the new machine. Check out these awesome results. I slept for like 13 hours. I feel great today. The difference between the machines is like night and day.
Now your on an ASV replace the pressure line with mask pressure on Oscar but great job, if as you fall asleep and you feel the ASV blowing at you blow back and it will back off for 3 minutes

RE: Help Needed
No change to the settings if you can build a good trend and if comfort is good.

Obviously, the event rate is dramatically lower with the Resmed ASV than the Philips SV. What a difference! The fact you slept longer making up for lost time, and feel better is the best gift of all. Congrats on the excellent results. Most of us won't be surprised it worked better.

This is from Dec 25 & Dec 26. AHI a little bit higher on the 25th. Decided to up the EPAP min pressure to 9. Results from the 26th much better. Don't think I can ask for much better. As you can see starting to catch up on some sleep! I welcome any comments or suggestions.
If I'm reading you, you're doing good with it, then no changes but monitor you flow limits, they're a bit busy. Just note again if you feel good just build a good therapy trend.
