Help: OSCAR DATALOG folder is blank

Hi all, 

I have been using an SD card and the OSCAR software for a couple of weeks now.  Each night I put the SD card back in my ResMed machine and then turn on my CPAP.  In the morning, I take the SD card out and look at the data....and then repeat.  It has been working perfectly fine for the past two weeks, but for some reason when I went to look at my data this morning on my computer, there were no graphs or anything to display....like I hadnt put the SD card back in my machine the night before.  I looked in the SD card folder (screenshotted) and the DATALOG for last night is just blank.  Anyone know why this happened?  I'm positive I didn't do anything different than what I've been doing the past two weeks! 

Sidenote: I also just checked the fileformatting on my SD card (64GB) and it is FAT32, which I believe is the right one.

The AS11 will sometimes not mount the SD card properly. This seems to be only on the A11 series. Try powering down the AS11, insert the card, and power back up. Of course, you won't know if this fixes your problem until the next day.
