Help interpreting Oscar data
Hello, I've had sleep apnea for a long time (sleep study said AHI ~70) and have been on cpap for over a year now.  I feel a bit better, but still quite tired.  I just got an Airsense 10 so finally can see some Oscar data.  Here's my first night at 6-12 apap (usually I sleep with 7-10, my old machine would only report AHI and it's generally been <3 at any pressure I've tried).  Any insights would be much appreciated.

RE: Help interpreting Oscar data
You have some flow limitation and the leaks during pressure spikes look to be causing some arousals.

I would turn off the ramp and raise your min to 9 and see how that goes.
Breathe through your nose
Reduce sugar and processed food
Soft collar and tape

Sleep-well

Thanks, I'll give that a try. Not sure what to do about leaks, it's fine during mask fit and I've got it fairly tight. I guess moving around or something is causing problems. I do have another mask I can try. Also feeling more tired today than usual, presumably from not sleeping as well with the higher pressure.
