RE: Help me find correct pressure?
Welcome

I suggest that you raise your beginning pressure to 8 instead of 7 as you go quickly to 8.  Keep 15 as your upper limit instead of 13.

It looks like you are using ramp.  Please turn it off unless you cannot fall asleep without it.  If you must use it set it to just a few minutes. During ramp you get virtually no therapy, and every time you take off your mask ramp begins again when you put it back on, robbing you of needed therapy.

You have high flow limits, which are like small apneas, and they need to be lowered.  Turn EPR on full-time, set at 3.  This will help with your therapy and comfort.

You have long spaces where you are not sleeping with your machine.  Are you sleeping without it or are you awake?  Try to keep your mask on and your machine running all night, getting up only as needed for bathroom breaks.  Do you accidentally take it off while asleep? Answering these questions will help us offer you better advice.

You have some leaking, but for now let's focus on pressure, ramp, EPR, and time asleep.  Hang in there.  We can make this better.  Smile

RE: Help me find correct pressure?
I take it off while sleeping and i have no memory or intention of taking it off. I already turned off ramp. I'll change the epr from 2 to 3 and the I'll change the pressure to 8-15.

I was initially prescribed 4-20. Then an admin here said to temporarily adjust to 7-15. Then a consultant from Lofta said to adjust to 13. But im gonna do 8-15 then I will upload 3 nights in a few days. Thanks.

Some people have success with this: Put medical tape across the front straps of your mask and anchor them to your face on either side. That way there will be a tug on your skin if you try to take the mask off. With luck, the tug will barely wake you up and just cue you to leave your mask alone. People who do this find they don't need to do it for any long period of time.

Others accidentally remove their masks also.  I read that some put tape on the sides of their mask and attach it to their cheeks.  That way they can feel the tape pull, realize they are removing it, and stop.  I suggest you try it.  Can't hurt.

Ha! I see that Dormeo and I were reading and writing at the same time. Smile
