Other than seeing the centrals on the report, are they bothering you?

I suspect they are not. Your complaints are about the numbers when they should be more about your comfort. Seriously your numbers are fine. You are at a point where comfort rules much more than numbers.

In general, anything that tends to lower central apnea will also tend to increase obstructive events and vice versa. This means that it is a true balancing act between Central and obstructive events.
