You can check my past thread for history but I've been using a Airsense 10 Auto CPAP at 9cm h20 with an extended rebreathign space for the last few years. The results have been fairly good but people who see me sleep say i still jerk and convulse pretty often so that led me down the route of wanting to try an ASV. That was suggested as an alternative suggested to the re-breathing space and would hopefully get me more in line with "normal" treatments.
I acquired an Resmed 10 ASV and now need help getting the settings in a reasonable place.
So the big question is: What is a good setting centered around 9cm h20 that I can start with? I started with the default settings for the for the auto ASV mode and here I've attached the results. It pretty much kept me awake for the whole 3 hours I wore the mask and it did the same for the hour I tried it for the previous night. What would be a setting (that preferably spikes a little less high) to start with?
