New to CPAP and feel lost!

RE: New to CPAP and feel lost!
One option might be to set your maximum pressure to 12 until you resolve the mask fit issues. Keep an eye on how many events occur because of the lower pressure, and decide if the trade-off is worth it. If AHI is reasonable at the lower pressure, you may have a solution.

Thanks! I dont know why I didnt think of that. I guess being new to CPAP I still have a lot to learn. My AHI is usually a 1 or less for the total night. I will adjust the max pressure to 12 for a few nights and see if that helps me sleep through the night. Thanks again!

Have you tried adjusting the mask? I also recommend trying a different mask. It takes a while to find a mask that fits correctly. Lowering the pressure to fix a mask leak is not what I would have done.
