High flow limit at beginning of night
A couple nights ago I had a cluster of RERA's at the beginning of the night, accompanied by very high flow limits for about a half hour. The rest of the night was fine though. Last night I also had my highest flow limits at the start of the night, but to a much lesser extent and with only one event. Does anyone know what might be going on here? This is the first time I've seen this sort of pattern in my data.

Possibly positional, chin tucking, it could also be an awake period which would be very irregular in your breathing (Flow Rate). Would need a 3 minute view to better evaluate

Based on the graph, I agree with Gideon the likely issue is a chin-tuck or positional. Your median inspiration/ezpiration time is normal and does not suggest chronic flow limits, but we would really like to get your 95% flow limit below 0.09. Increase EPR to 3 and consider changing to Autoset mode with a range of minimum 10.0 and maximum 14.0. Read the positional apnea section of optimizing therapy and look for excess pillow height and other factors that might contribute to poor head/neck alignment. https://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.ph...onal_Apnea
