Home titration advice

Home titration advice
Guys

I do not have access to sleep study titration through my insurance. Alternatively, I would like to find the right setting myself by tuning my device.

Is there any good/recommended procedure? For example, do I need to keep a-flex and increase the lower pressure by one or half evert three nights or I fix the lower and increase the upper; what settings shall I change and how often?

I do understand that there are many variables into this process, and I would like to hear your successful experience in adjusting the therapy.

RE: Home titration advice
Start with something simple.

Mode Auto
Min pressure 7
Max pressure 15
A-Flex 1
No ramp

From there, we can help tweak things once you have a few nights of data to post. Sally forth!
