How do you DL working Oscar

Can someone help me DL Oscar? I have tried everything except what works  

When I try to DL for windows 32bit or 64bit I get: Unconfirmed 672722.crdownload

Try a different browser like Firefox or Chrome, right click on the link and select save link as, to your preferred location.

Unconfirmed download is usually a name for download in progress, or if you have certain setting enabled in Chrome or Firefox there may be a message in the browser telling you because it is an exe file the browser refuses to download it, but you can tell it to go ahead.
