hose adapters

i would like to use the hose that came with my philips dreamstation go with my resmed airmini.  the philips go hose and air mini hose both have proprietary connectors.  there an adapter for a universal hose to couple with an air mini.  however, i could not find on the internet an adapter for connecting a philips air hose directly to an air mini hose connector.  does anyone know if such a dohickey exists?
