Life with Knightsbridge Dual Band Chin Strap

Mask Make & Model: ResMed F10 +Thornton myTAP (mandibular advancem device)
Humidifier: ResMed h5i w/climateLine
CPAP Pressure: APAP8-20, was on BiPap 19/15
CPAP Software: ResScan

Other Comments: Severe Structural OSA undx 40yrs/now chronic sleep deprivation; tx TORS tongue reduction

I need a small and they make it but state I need to buy 2 to cover fabrication.  Feel taken hostage here.
They state the stap only lasts 4-5 months anyway....any validity there???
